The popular game ARK: Survival Evolved is now currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One (well, in Early Access form at least), and it seems it will remain only on those platforms, as Studio Wildcard published a section of Q&A with some of the team’s members, answering several details related to the game and it’s future, and providing some revealing information.

One of those questions asked was if ARK: Survival Evolved would be launching on the upcoming Nintendo Switch, but the studio’s answer was negative. Still, not all hope is lost, as the studio assured they would be “watching how that console does in its launch.” In other words, if there’s a big user base on the Switch, Studio Wildcard might consider doing a Switch version of ARK: Survival Evolved.

As for the Nintendo Switch, it will be coming March 3. Do you think ARK would be suited for the Switch, or are they right to be sticking with the platforms they are?
